Father's Day at St.
Mary's
Father's Day was celebrated
on Sunday, June 17 with the ladies of the parish preparing a "super duper" breakfast for all men. Spinach Quiche, Blueberry
Muffins, French Toast with Strawberry Syrup, and Fresh Fruit were on the menu. Each man present was given an "Executive
Cookie" with the following verse:
This cookie is given in
thanksgiving
and honor of our fathers and all
the men of
St. Mary's for their strength and compassion.
Needless to say, the men expressed
their appreciate in words and in eating all the wonderful offerings!
