The Walls of St. Mary's (almost) Came "Tumbling Down!"

"And when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, as soon as you hear the sound of the trumpet, then all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city will fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him." (Joshua 6:1-5 RSV)

On a beautiful October Saturday, 100% of St. Mary's "family" hosted one of its renowned Oyster Fritter Frys for the West End Community and surrounding areas.  Over 160 "friends" of and newcomers to the parish took advantage of the delicious Eastern Shore oyster fitter fry sandwiches by consuming 6 gallons of oysters, 43 hot dogs and hamburgers plus sodas.  A bake table with cakes, cookies, breads and other "goodies" was available as well.
